Shadow Work

This class covers the process of working with our Shadow Self; the rejected, suppressed side of ourself that shows up in our lives. To be a healthy human and spiritually grow, we must do deep inner work like shadow work. This class goes over triggers and how to get the parasympathetic system back online. It will go over how to identify shadows and how to integrate them so you can be whole again. This is a 45 minute class that includes a summarized pdf of the presentation.
